When I arrived, the unit was very clean! My unit was not too far from the door. And the bathrooms were clean! When I asked for toilet paper for the bathroom, it was brought straight there! Thank you!

Move in was quick and easy with the provided carts and use of elevators. Although the passcode entry can become a bit annoying after a few trips, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nice knowing that my belongings are safe.

Great facility for storing property. Wish I couldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve done the entire check in on-line but if you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t buy their insurance they wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t let you. So, two masked people standing 6 feet apart have to try & communicate! It took at least 20 minutes in the office before they even realized the credit card readers werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working. That took another three tries to get the credit card number right. Anyway, the stuff is safe & thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s what matters.

Michael was great. Had someone else ask me if I had my mattress cover. Seems a bit of over kill on that. I bought it with the advice that it was for protecting against bugs. There holes designed in it and the packaging simply says it's to keep off dirt and smudges. Other than that it's been great.

Easy to check in, very accommodating when I needed to move into a larger unit than my initial check-in. Brennan and Cynthia were very helpful and easy to work with. New facility as of Nov 2016, very clean and easy to access. Note that they are just down the road about 0.7 miles from where your GPS may take you if you use the address. If you navigate with google via the business location instead, it will take you right there.

Nice to find a local business that cares about your needs. That experience is reinforced by the appearance of the facility and the features you will not find anywhere else within 30 miles. Plenty of space to off load your vehicle in the lot, powered entry doors and the big key are the carts available to move your material to your storage locker. Three elevators, no waiting if you have a locker on the upper two floors. The facility is immaculate, restrooms on all floors and very good lighting, even in the far back corner. This place takes the pain of moving your furnishings to a storage facility away. Security is complete from the gates, parking lot, hallways, elevators and on the floor areas. They are price competitive and having an inside storage facility is a no brainier.

Brand new location and great service. Fair prices and very well kept. Easy to move in. Keep in mind that you will have to also buy insurance for your stuff too. It's Texas state law.
