This is my first storage unit experience and it was way easier to get set up than I thought it would be. Great customer service from the ladies in the lobby, they answered all of my questions and got me set up right away. The pricing is very affordable and the lease agreement is straight forward.

I had to upgrade the size of my unit before I moved in. I went into the office to make the change. The lady showed me the new unit and I went on my way. The day of move-in, the office door was locked (the sign stated it was during office hours). I used the code they gave me, but the gate would not open. I called the number, and they stated they messaged the manager on-site and they would come help me. 2 hours later, still no manager. We were able to get into the gate via another customer. Nothing was offered to "compensate" me for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I would not recommend this facility.

This unit does offer good customer service. There is more paperwork to sign than most storages. The out going keypad is not convientant for customers, however, it is very secure.
